Welcome Invitation!
Welcome to NLPJC!
If you are searching for new ways to explore and experience Judaism that is meaningful to you, within Inner North London, we may well be the community for you.
We invite you to explore our web-site. We are friendly, experimental and build on Jewish tradition, and we are finding new ways of creating a community that meets the needs of a very diverse range of men and women of all ages and backgrounds. Have a read of Who We Are. Whether you are Jewish by birth, choice or just curious we encourage you to find out more about us.
Our calendar of events includes social, educational and spiritual activities. Different members are developing differing interests.
Rabbi Shulamit conducts services in English and Hebrew and provides commentaries and page guidance in English - you'll be able to follow the entire service. We also offer a pre-Service Torah and Talmud study group, a cheder/religion school and a creche.

Come and join us on Friday 25th July for Erev Shabbat Service & Pot Luck Supper
followed by Dr. Brian Klug at 8.30pm who will speak on
'Next Year in Hackney: Reclaiming the Jewish Future.'
At a recent seminar in London, one of the speakers, an eminent scholar at a centre for Jewish Studies in the United States, remarked: "The destiny of the Jewish people is that it has left Europe.
It has left for two dispensations: sovereignty in Israel and pluralism in America."
This talk will critically discuss his remark, focusing on the future for Jews in Britain.
